Attachments

A deadline is easier to handle when the document is right next to it. Attach a photo of the ID card, the insurance policy PDF, or the inspection report directly to the expiration it belongs to.

Documents where the deadline lives

Every expiration item can carry attachments. When the reminder arrives, you open the item and everything needed to act — the contract, the certificate, the photo of the label — is already there. No searching through email or shared drives.

Where and how you upload

Web app

Upload files in the item detail on the Attachments tab. Images show an instant preview, and every file can be downloaded again at any time.

Mobile app

Attach files from the phone or take a photo directly with the camera — the picture is attached to the item in one step.

API

Upload, download, and delete attachments programmatically with workspace-bound API keys, subject to the same rules as the apps.

Formats and size

Attachments support JPG, PNG, and WebP images and PDF documents, up to 10 MB per file. The same rules apply on the web, on mobile, and in the API.

Where files are stored and how much space you have

Device mode: free and private

Attachments stay only on your phone with no storage quota. They never touch the server — ideal for private documents.

Cloud: shared account quota

Cloud attachments are stored on the server and synchronized. All account workspaces share 1 GB in Free, 25 GB in Pro, 100 GB in Family, or a planned 500 GB in Business.

Tracked in the history

Every upload and removal is recorded in the item's change history with the file name — and in cloud workspaces also with the member who did it. Webhooks can deliver these events to your own systems.

Moving between modes

When you move a Device workspace to a cloud account, its attachments move too and start counting into the workspace quota. Cloud data, including attachments, can also be downloaded back into Device mode.
