Workspaces
Separate personal, family, and work agendas into dedicated workspaces. Free includes 2, Pro 10, Family 15, and the planned Business plan 25; the personal workspace counts toward the limit.
One account, cleanly separated agendas
Every account starts with a personal workspace, which counts toward its plan limit. Additional workspaces can separate family documents, company contracts, or equipment inspections. Each workspace keeps its data fully separate, and the workspace switcher in the web and mobile app moves you between them instantly.
What lives inside a workspace
Items, archive, and history
Expirations, their attachments, the archive, and the full change history belong to one workspace only.
Custom categories
Each workspace has its own set of categories that matches its agenda.
Reminders per user
Every user tunes their own reminders for the workspace's items, with their own advance periods and times.
Cloud attachment quota
The storage limit is shared by every account workspace: 1 GB Free, 25 GB Pro, 100 GB Family, and a planned 500 GB Business.
Calendar feeds
The owner can publish private calendar feeds with the workspace's active expirations.
API keys and webhooks
API keys are bound to a single workspace, and webhooks deliver only that workspace's events.
Sharing and invitations
Free is owner-only. Pro permits up to 3 unique workspace guests across the account. Family uses account membership with up to 6 people including the owner, and members receive access only to selected workspaces. Pending invitations reserve capacity and expire after seven days unless accepted or cancelled.
Owner, guests, and account members
The account owner manages billing and membership. Pro guests have access only to invited workspaces. Family members belong to the account but still see only selected workspaces. The change history records who did what, so shared work stays transparent. Business with 10 members is coming soon.
Workspaces in Device and Cloud mode
Device mode supports multiple local workspaces with quick switching — they stay private on the phone and cannot be shared. When you switch to a cloud account, local workspaces, categories, items, and attachments can be moved to the cloud, and cloud data can be downloaded back into Device mode.
Integrate your workspace
Automate a workspace through the API with workspace-bound keys, or have its events delivered to your systems with signed webhooks.
