Frequently asked questions
What happens after a downgrade?
Data is not deleted. Excess workspaces become read-only and excess members are suspended. Reading, JSON export, attachment downloads, and deletion remain available.
Is storage allocated per workspace?
No. The quota is shared by all workspaces that belong to the same account.
Where do I manage payments?
Purchase happens on the web; payments, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are managed in the secure Paddle Customer Portal.
Does pricing promise planned AI or MCP features?
No. Future features appear only on the Roadmap and are not promised by current pricing.
