Plans and billing
Free, Pro, and Family with account-level workspace, collaboration, and shared cloud storage limits. Paddle checkout is being prepared and verified in sandbox before production rollout; Business remains without checkout.
Public Google Play release
The Android app is in the testing track today; the public release will open it to everyone.
iOS app
The same mobile app, including Device and Cloud modes, for iPhone.
Email reminder notifications
Due reminders delivered to your inbox as well, alongside web notifications and mobile push.
Webhook delivery log
A history of deliveries with response statuses and manual retry, right on the webhooks page.
Webhook and API key management via the API
Manage integrations programmatically, not only from the web app.
Business and add-ons
The Business plan and a catalog of extra storage, team-user, and workspace add-ons are prepared in the data model, but customers cannot purchase them yet.
MCP server
Connect AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol: read and manage expirations directly from tools like Claude.
AI assistance
Smart features built on AI — for example extracting the expiration date from a document photo and suggesting a category and reminders.
Recurring expirations and templates
Automatically create the next item after renewal and start new items from prepared templates.
Advanced import and export
CSV and Excel import with column mapping, bulk edits, and automated exports for backups and reporting.
Finer member roles
More granular permissions between the owner and members of a shared workspace.
Reports and statistics
An overview of upcoming and overdue items across workspaces, exportable for meetings and audits.
