Calendar feeds
Add the expirations of a workspace to the calendar you already live in — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that can subscribe to an iCalendar link.
Deadlines where your day is planned
A calendar feed is a private link that serves the workspace's expirations in the standard iCalendar (ICS) format. Subscribe to it once in your calendar app and every deadline shows up next to your meetings — no copying dates, no manual updates.
Set up in three steps

Create a named feed.
The workspace owner creates feeds in the web app under Settings → Calendar — for example one for a personal calendar and another for a shared team calendar.

Copy the private link.
The link is shown only once after creation. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can read the feed.

Subscribe in your calendar app.
Add the link as a calendar subscription. The app then refreshes the feed on its own schedule.
What the feed contains
All-day events on expiration dates
Every active expiration appears as an all-day event on the day it expires. Archived items are excluded.
Categories included
Each event carries the item's category, so calendars that support categories can group them.
Link back to the item
Events link to the item detail in the web app, so the full context is one click away.
Always up to date
The feed reflects the current state of the workspace and suggests an hourly refresh; renewals and date changes appear automatically.
Private and revocable
The feed is protected by a secret token in the link and is not indexed anywhere. You can rename a feed, regenerate its link (the previous one stops working immediately), or revoke it entirely. The overview also shows when each feed was last fetched.
Multiple feeds per workspace
Create as many named feeds as you need — one per calendar app, device, or person — and revoke each of them independently without touching the others.
Cloud workspaces only
Calendar feeds are served by the server, so they are available for cloud workspaces and managed by the workspace owner. Device mode keeps data only on the phone and has no feeds.
