Notifications

Unlimited reminders per expiration, each with its own advance period and exact time — delivered where you actually are: on the web, on your phone, or as push notifications.

Reminders that match how you work

Every expiration can have any number of reminders. Pick a preset advance period (1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days before) or a custom number of days, and set the exact time of day the notification should arrive. Due reminders are checked continuously, so nothing waits for a daily batch.

Where notifications arrive

Web app

Due reminders appear as personal notifications in the notification panel, so you see them the moment you open the app.

Device mode

The mobile app schedules native notifications directly on the phone. They work completely offline — no account or server needed.

Cloud mode

The server sends each user their own push notifications based on current cloud data, to every device registered to their account.

Reminders in a shared workspace

When an expiration is created in a shared cloud workspace, every user receives the same initial reminder settings. From then on each user tunes their reminders independently — different advance periods, different times. The workspace owner additionally sees and manages the reminders of all users.

Renewal recalculates everything

When you renew an item or change its expiration date, all reminders are recalculated automatically from the new date and re-armed. Reminder changes are also recorded in the item history, including who made them.
